Ingredients
- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 50ml Dot Au Vodka
- 5ml Green Chartreuse
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 7.5ml Honey Syrup
- 1/ 3 Rosemary Sprig
- 2 x 1 cm by 1 cm ginger slices
- 2 x Dash Angostura Bitters

Line glass with Chartreuse and place rosemary inside, ignite glass to burn off rosemary. - Step 2
Add ginger and lime juice then muddle, add Vodka, Lime Juice and Honey Syrup into shaker. - Step 3
