Tall, Dark & Ginger

Ingredients

  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 60ml dark rum
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 5ml balsamic vinegar
  • 3 x strawberries
  • 3 x basil leaves
  • Strawberries & basil sprig for garnish

Let’s Mix!

  • Step 1
    In a shaker, muddle strawberries and basil leaves and combine with rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and balsamic vinegar.
  • Step 2
    Top with ice, s hake and s train into Glass. Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with strawberries and basil sprig.
