- 60ml dark rum
- 30ml lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 5ml balsamic vinegar
- 3 x strawberries
- 3 x basil leaves
- Strawberries & basil sprig for garnish

In a shaker, muddle strawberries and basil leaves and combine with rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and balsamic vinegar. - Step 2
Top with ice, s hake and s train into Glass. Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer. - Step 3
