- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 2 x ginger pieces, 2 cm x 2 cm
- 2 x pineapple pieces, 4 cm x 4 cm
- Pineapple leaf and cherry for garnish
- 20ml lime juice

Combine and muddle ginger pieces, pineapple pieces and lime juice - Step 2
Shake and strain into glass filled with ice - Step 3
Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer - Step 4
Garnish with pineapple leaf and cherry
